1. Licence grant
ThemeHarvest grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the product on one WHMCS installation (one domain) for each licence you buy.
2. What you may do
- Use the product for your own hosting business and your clients.
- Use it on a development or staging copy of the same installation.
- Move the licence to a new domain by reissuing it in the client area.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, share, publish or give away the product or its code.
- Remove licence checks or copyright notices.
- Use one licence on more installations than you paid for.
4. Updates and term
Yearly and monthly licences stay active while they are paid. One-time licences include updates for [12 months]. If a licence is suspended for non-payment or misuse, the product may stop working.
5. Ownership
The product and its code remain the property of ThemeHarvest. WHMCS is a trademark of WHMCS Limited; we are an independent developer and not affiliated with WHMCS Limited.
6. Warranty
The product is provided “as is”, without any warranty beyond what is required by law. See our Terms & Conditions for limits of liability.
