Licence grant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ThemeHarvest grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the product on one WHMCS installation (one domain) for each licence you buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. What you may do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the product for your own hosting business and your clients.<\/li>\n\n<li>Use it on a development or staging copy of the same installation.<\/li>\n\n<li>Move the licence to a new domain by reissuing it in the client area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. What you may not do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Resell, share, publish or give away the product or its code.<\/li>\n\n<li>Remove licence checks or copyright notices.<\/li>\n\n<li>Use one licence on more installations than you paid for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Updates and term<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yearly and monthly licences stay active while they are paid. One-time licences include updates for [12 months]. If a licence is suspended for non-payment or misuse, the product may stop working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Ownership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product and its code remain the property of ThemeHarvest. WHMCS is a trademark of WHMCS Limited; we are an independent developer and not affiliated with WHMCS Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product is provided &#8220;as is&#8221;, without any warranty beyond what is required by law.
