By buying or using our products you agree to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Products and licences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our modules and themes are licensed, not sold. Each licence lets you use the product on the number of WHMCS installations stated on the product page. The full terms are in our License Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Orders and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in the currency selected in the client area. Taxes such as GST are added where required. Licences billed yearly or monthly renew automatically until you cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Updates and support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Active licences include updates and ticket support for the product. Support covers help with installation and bugs in our code; it does not cover changes to third-party code or custom work, which we can quote separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Custom development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Custom work follows the scope, timeline and price agreed in writing. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our products are provided &#8220;as is&#8221;. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
